Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. After this period has expired, no returns or refunds may be accepted. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at info@weft77com. Please note that returns will need to be sent / shipped directly to the vendor that the item was purchased from. We will contact the vendor to obtain the correct return address for you. If item is returned to an incorrect vendor address,
Weft 77 will not be responsible for any shipping / freight charges incurred due to loss of goods.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to the vendor without first requesting a return will not be accepted by Weft 77.

Custom / Made to Order Furnishings Policy
These special-order items are made to your individual specifications, including COM and/or Grade-In fabrications and finishes; therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
However, if a custom or personalized item arrives with a manufacturing defect or with damage caused during transit, we will contact the vendor on your behalf. If vendor decides that return is not possible, we will attempt to arrange an exchange of equal value. We reserve the right to determine the best course of action and operate as a good-faith arbiter on your behalf.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that the claims process expires after 30 days upon receival of goods. Customer is required to send Weft 77 photo evidence of damages, defects, or incorrect item received so that we can begin the claims process with the vendor.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
If approved by vendor, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
